2. User Responsibilities:
2a. Accuracy: Users and companies must ensure the accuracy of pricing and submitted
information.
2b. Compliance: Users and companies must comply with local legal obligations.
2c. Financial Standing: Users and companies must maintain good financial standing
and have no intention of misleading or defrauding FloorFathom.
2d. Prohibited Actions: Misuse or tampering with FloorFathom's products is
prohibited.
2e. Indemnification: FloorFathom is not responsible for pricing inconsistencies and is
indemnified against any such issues.
3. Limitations of Liability

preceding twelve months.

It's purpose is to provides anonymous data for analytics and SEO purposes.

Application Privacy Policy (floorfathom.app)
1. Information Collected
1a. User Submitted Info: User's name, email, phone number, postal code, payment details (if applicable), message content, and all other non-identifiable information submitted through the Instant Estimator Tool.
1b. Company Submitted Info: Company name, email, phone number, address, business number, payment information, message content, and all other non-identifiable information shared explicitly through the use of FloorFathom's products.
1c. Automatic Collection: The app automatically collects IP address, user agent, and user platform of Users.
2. How we use your information
The information collected is used to:
Maintain business activities with the Company (client of FloorFathom) and the user.
Confirm user identity.
Complete estimates accurately.
Maintain communications with the users and companies.
Uphold legal and contractual obligations by the companies/users and FloorFathom.
3. Tracking and Analytics
Our Internal diagnostics use Amazon's analytics, and our services are delivered via Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as such are subject to their Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.
The Instant Estimator is monitored for issues, not user behaviors, and as such not profiling activities are conducted by FloorFathom.
Any information shared with ChatGPT during chatbot interactions is subject to ChatGPT's privacy policy and terms of service.
4. Data Sharing
4a. Third-Party Sharing: Data is shared with services used for cloud hosting, email providers, CDNs, and text messaging providers. Users information submitted through FloorFathom's Instant Estimator are shared with the Company from whom they are obtaining a quote. For example, if a user would like an estimate from Flooring Company A, they agree to share that information with Flooring Company A and FloorFathom.
4b. Data Protection: All sensitive data (e.g., passwords, names) is encrypted in transit. Non-identifiable data (e.g., estimate values, square footage, etc.) is stored securely but may be unencrypted to enhance performance. FloorFathom is not responsible for any data leaks that may occur on the Company side (for example if Flooring Company A downloads their customer/user data to their own server and are compromised via ransomware).
5. Your Rights
Users and Companies have the right to access their data on FloorFathom's servers at any time; modify their data at any time; request deletion of their data at any time.
